We undertake relevant, significant and multidisciplinary research on energy markets in collaboration with industry and policymakers. We build on Monash Business School’s existing strengths in energy research by complementing the work of the Monash Energy Institute and connecting to key institutes such asAustralian Energy Market Operator,The Centre for New Energy TechnologiesandWoodside.
Group objectives
- To engage in influential and impactful multidisciplinary research on energy markets in collaboration with industry and policymakers.
- Combine existing Monash Business School strengths in market structure, design and behaviour, forecasting, experimental analytics and Big Data, energy finance and regulation to address global climate challenges and shape economic policy and best practice.
