Maple Glass

The innovation focus on 'reduce, reuse and recycle' has become key in creating a more sustainable future. With this in mind, Maple Glass, a Monash startup company, has a mission to eliminate glass waste by enabling its reuse with additive manufacturing. Founders Nick Birbilis, Darren Feenstra and Tony Koutsonikolas are building a business offering affordable glass 3D printing technology with the use of glass waste.

Using their technology, clients can create rapid prototypes, design glass components with great complexity while reducing glass waste. Maple Glass not only is developing glass 3D printing but also recycling processes that will expand the reuse of glass in industrial applications.
